How long will my repair take?
Most screen and battery replacements are finished the same day, often within 30 to 60 minutes when the part is in stock. Water damage and more involved jobs can take one to three days. We will tell you the likely time before we start.
Do I need to book an appointment?
No. You can walk in to Cirencester or Newmarket during opening hours. Booking a slot is useful if you prefer a set time, or if we need to order a part.
What warranty is included?
Most repairs include a 90-day warranty on parts and labour, written on your ticket. Ask at the counter if you would like the terms in more detail.
Will my data remain private?
Yes. We do not copy or share your files. Most screen and battery jobs do not wipe the device. Please bring your passcode so we can test it properly. We will ask before any work that might affect your data.
Do you use original parts?
We fit high-grade replacement parts chosen for colour, touch and fit. Genuine manufacturer parts are available for some jobs. We tell you what is going in before we start.
What happens if you cannot repair my device?
Diagnosis is free. If we cannot repair it, you do not pay for our time. We will explain the options, including data recovery where it is possible.
Where are the shops?
We have two workshops: 25 Cricklade Street, Cirencester GL7 1HY, and Unit 19, The Guineas, Newmarket CB8 8EQ. Opening hours and maps are on the locations page.
Can I get a price before booking?
Yes. Prices on this site are from-prices. Book or WhatsApp the model and fault for a closer range. The final figure is confirmed after we have seen the device, and before we open it.
